28th Annual Canadian Military History Colloquium

Hosted by the Laurier Centre for Military, Strategic and Disarmament Studies, the 28th Canadian Military History Colloquium will be held at Wilfrid Laurier University from 5-6 May, 2017. Conference organizers invite submissions pertaining to all periods and aspects of Canadian military history and war and society, but especially on Vimy Ridge, the battle and its legacy a century on. Registration and Travel Bursaries
There is NO registration fee or conference fee for graduate students presenting papers.
Proposals are welcome from all scholars including faculty, independent researchers, MA and PhD students.
A limited number of $500 travel bursaries will also be offered to the top graduate student presenters from non-Ontario universities provided they submit a 7500 – 10,000 word (including notes) article based on their conference presentation by 15 April.
