LCMSDS’s own Eric Story will be presenting on “The Twin Legacies of War: Indigenous Veterans, Colonialism and Political Activism, 1914-1939” at the Guelph Civic Museum this Thursday, October 19 at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Admission is by donation. Guelph Civic Museum is located at 52 Norfolk St, Guelph, ON. Eric is the outreach manager of Laurier Centre for Military Strategic and Disarmament Studies and a PhD student at Wilfrid Laurier University.

The Guelph Civic Museum Military Lecture Series is conducted as part of the LCMSDS’ mandate to offer innovative and informative scholarship in Canadian military history available to public audiences.
