In association with the Faculty of Arts and Department of History at Wilfrid Laurier University, the Laurier Centre for Military Strategic and Disarmament Studies (LCMSDS) offered a brand new course in digital and military history during the Winter term 2015. The major term project required students to work collaboratively on short documentaries that explored various aspects of the Canadian experience at war during the twentieth century.
The documentaries produced by the students were of such high quality that the Faculty of Arts decided to use them as a base to develop teaching resources for secondary school classrooms. The result will be a series of lessons plans designed specifically for courses in Canadian History.
All lesson plans make use of the documentaries produced by students in HI-346K (Digital Applications). Please click here to be redirected to the documentaries.
