The keynote address will be provided by Professor John Buckley from the University of Wolverhampton and author of Monty’s Men: The British Army and the Liberation of Europe 1944-5.
Registration opens at 8:00 am on Friday in the lobby outside the Senate & Board Chamber, with opening remarks set to commence at 8:45.
Panels will be held in the Senate & Board Chamber, Paul Martin Centre, and the Arts Wing, with complimentary lunch and snacks both Friday and Saturday.
Friday evening before dinner there will be two events: LCMSDS is launching the Second Edition of The Canadian Battlefields of the First World War, and Andrew Godefroy is launching his new book, In Peace Prepared.
Veritas Cafe, just off the Quad in the Student Services Building, will also be open for those who wish to grab a drink before the banquet.
